The halving story is history. It is not a start date.
A common crypto bull run story says the big rises come after a Bitcoin halving, about every four years. The rises after 2012, 2016 and 2020 are the ones people mean. They were real, and they were not the same length. FxPro can offer a crypto CFD where the entity lists the symbol. It does not offer a calendar. On 4 October 2026 this page will not tell you the next peak.
What the history actually supports
It supports this: after those three halvings, Bitcoin later traded much higher than it had before the cut in new supply, and then it did not go in a straight line. It does not support a date, a multiple, or a coin besides the ones you can actually trade.
Four years is a rough gap between events. It is not a promise that month 18 is the top.
Using the story without obeying it
If you want to try to make money from a post-halving rise, the CFD is a long on the price, small enough for the pauses. The story does not size the trade. You do.
Check the symbol. Rehearse on the demo. Scalping is separate: scalping.
Use the history, do not obey it
The halving explains why people show up. It does not tell you the month. Trade the pauses you can see on the chart in front of you, at a size those pauses do not kill. If the next halving is years away, you still have a chart today, and today is the only tape a CFD can fill.
A story that needs a future date before it allows a small trade is a story that wants your patience and your deposit. Give it neither until the symbol and the size are dull.
FAQ
Does the halving guarantee a bull run?
No. Past halvings were followed by large rises of different lengths. The next peak is not dated here.
Can I trade that story at FxPro?
Only if the crypto symbol is listed for your entity, and only as a CFD on the price.
75% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. A bull run does not change that.
