Platform access for Saudi Arabia: FxPro Direct is the Wallet and KYC door. MT4, MT5, and cTrader use separate trading credentials. Mixing those logins is the most common support failure on this desk. This site has no password form. Official access runs on FxPro Direct / fxpro.com paths only.

Access checks that matter in Saudi Arabia
The Capital Market Authority publishes warnings naming persons offering securities activity without authorisation. Search the company name against those warnings before you fund anything. That is separate from FxPro's own contracting position, which is on Legal Saudi Arabia.
The local credential rule is short. A trading portal never needs your Absher or Nafath login, and it never needs the one-time code your bank sends you. Those belong to the government and to your bank. FxPro Direct needs only the password you created on Direct, and the platforms need only the trading credentials Direct issues. Anyone asking for the other three is not support.
One thing is easier here than in most markets. Riyadh runs at UTC+3, which is the clock MT4 and MT5 servers commonly use through the summer, so ticket timestamps line up with local time and you can read a trade log without converting hours. Confirm the server clock once in the platform and you can stop thinking about it. August 2026.
